During Mr. Schroth’s 30-year career, he has developed a diverse background that includes brokerage services, tenant representation, asset management and build-to-suit structures, as well as assemblage of major land acquisition opportunities. He is well versed in determining real estate objectives; marketing and valuation analysis; site identification and acquisition; feasibility analysis and acquisition negotiation; and negotiating municipal inducements and entitlements.

Schroth successfully represented Ingram Micro (Fortune 75) in many national locations including BTS Headquarters in Santa Ana, California and Buffalo, New York. He represented the Karcher family and BTS for CKE Restaurants (Carl’s Jr.) Headquarters in Anaheim, California, DJ Orthopedic Headquarters in Vista, California, Kellogg’s major Distribution Centers in 4 major cities, and FCB West Coast Regional Headquarters in Irvine, California.

Since 1995, Mr. Schroth has led PRES in successfully managing over $400 million in total real estate transactions on behalf of high net worth individuals and selected institutional investors and bought over 1.5 million square feet of both office and retail properties in the last 18 months. PRES is presently involved in entitling 3 different commercial properties for residential developments with the first expected to be approved in the next 6 months for 252-unit podium design.

Mr. Schroth received a B.A. Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
