Jennifer CostaDirector of Property Management
Ms. Jennifer Costa is the Director of Property Management for the PRES Companies, with over 18 years of Commercial Real Estate experience. Her responsibilites include all financial and operating initiatives, day-to-day activities of both tenant and vendors, as well as close collaboration with the brokers and investors. Her leadership and oversight provide the dynamics for meeting the clients’ and PRES’s goals and objectives. Jennifer has the unique ability to coordinate several projects concurrently, with her key strengths being managing costs, multi-tasking, operations, and planning. These are essential to maintain client relations and delivery of excellent service.
Prior to joining PRES, Ms. Costa was a Senior Property Manager for Stream Realty, where she managed the day-to-day financial performance, management, and operations of a 1 million square foot, Class A office portfolio. There she was responsible for the tenant improvement process from space plans to tenant occupancy and was also responsible for the preparation of all lease documents, evaluation and management of vendor service contracts, yearly budget management and operation of her portfolio.
As a Senior Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield, Jennifer managed over 5 million square feet of large industrial portfolios specializing in business parks.
Ms. Costa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Cal State Universty Fullerton, and holds a valid California Real Estate Sales License
